Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations for medical device transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections from clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax returns and related documentation.
  • Monitor and report on financial transactions related to sales, procurement, and distribution of medical devices.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of accounting best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare sector.

Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting systems and processes.
