Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations.

Issue client invoices, follow up on collections, and maintain up-to-date records of receivables.

Track agency expenses and ensure proper documentation, coding, and approval workflows.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and digital payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Wise, etc.).

Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants when needed.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) and assist with filings.

Support financial analysis for management reporting and client billing structure when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an agency or service-based environment.

Strong understanding of Egyptian accounting and tax laws; GCC tax experience is a plus.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books) and MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping and reporting.

Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
