Roles & Responsibilities


  • Financial Record-Keeping & Compliance:
    • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions in compliance with international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
    • Maintain accurate ledgers for accounts payable/receivable, including multi-currency transactions.
    • Assist in preparing export-related financial documents (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, customs duty records).
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Generate monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements) with insights on costs, margins, and forex impacts.
    • Track and report on export incentives/duties (e.g., VAT refunds, tax treaties).
    • Support budgeting and forecasting for international sales and logistics costs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with the logistics team to reconcile shipping costs, freight invoices, and inventory valuation.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from overseas clients.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows (e.g., payment delays, currency conversion losses).
    • Recommend tools/software to automate tasks (e.g., QuickBooks for multi-currency accounting).
  • Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, from one of these universities "exclusively"; Cairo, Ain Shams, Helwan, AUC, GUC, or Arab Academy).
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience working in a full-time, office-based role.
