Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash)
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Assist in tracking factory costs, materials, and production expenses
Support inventory and stock-related accounting entries
Prepare and review invoices, payments, and receipts
Assist in monthly closing activities and reports
Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
Support payroll data preparation (attendance, overtime if needed)
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, basic reports)
Experience with ERB Systems
Ability to work on-site in a factory environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
