Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support the companys financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, Saudi regulations, and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations
• Handle VAT filing, returns, and documentation
• Maintain records for audits and statutory compliance

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Track expenses and analyze variances
• Support cost optimization initiatives

Payroll & Vendor Management

• Process payroll in compliance with Saudi labor laws
• Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments

Audit & Documentation

• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
