Accountant Acacus Technologies

The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s accounting and financial operations in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws. The role covers accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger activities, reconciliations, reporting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer and supplier accounts, including AR, AP, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations

• Prepare and record journal entries, adjustments, and supporting documentation

• Monitor inter-company and related-party balances

• Process supplier invoices and payments in a timely manner

• Prepare monthly reports, account schedules, payroll summaries, and month-end files

• Ensure accurate recording, validation, and substantiation of all financial transactions

• Maintain organized financial records, contracts, and supporting documents

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations

• Support preparation of financial reports by analyzing account data and trends

• Maintain confidentiality of all financial, employee, and contractual records

• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties as assigned
