Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues, and recommend solutions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payments
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and plans
  • Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making purposes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or other relevant certification is preferred
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
