� Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Purchasing Assistant to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks along with purchasing and inventory coordination. � Key Responsibilities � Accounts Duties: Record daily sales and expenses Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Prepare supplier payments and cheque processing Maintain petty cash and bank reconciliation Invoice verification and posting Assist in monthly closing and reports � Purchasing Duties: Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) Coordinate with suppliers for price quotations Compare prices and negotiate when required Follow up on deliveries Maintain stock and inventory records Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or purchasing (Restaurant experience preferred) Knowledge of basic accounting principles Experience in POS & accounting software (SAP knowledge is an advantage) Good communication skills Strong Excel skills Ability to work under pressure
