Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, and Ledger Maintenance.

  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports on a monthly basis.

  • Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and schedules.

  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost analysis to assist management decisions.

  • Maintain accurate inventory and purchase records in coordination with warehouse and procurement teams.

  • Collaborate with management for financial planning, forecasting, and control measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Commerce / Business Administration (Accounting or Finance).

  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in Food Trading / FMCG / Wholesale / Import–Export sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Tally

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial reporting tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
