Accountant FIRST DRIVING CENTRE LLC

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection.

Perform month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and tax invoices (VAT compliant)

• Record receipts and allocate payments against invoices

• Follow up with customers for outstanding balances and overdue payments

• Prepare AR ageing reports and share with management

• Reconcile customer statements and resolve discrepancies

• Handle credit notes, refunds, and adjustments

• Ensure proper documentation for audits

• Coordinate with sales/operations for billing accuracy

• Support month-end closing and reporting

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of VAT (UAE)

• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo.)

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Attention to detail and reconciliation skills
