Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounting preferably with a real estate developer company, with a strong background in handling bank compliance cases, KYC management, cash and cheque collections, and cashier-related tasks.ResponsibilitiesHandle and ensure compliance with bank regulations and requirements.Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, including requesting and filing necessary documents.Perform cash and cheque collections and deposit procedures accurately and timely.Manage cashier tasks, ensuring all transactions are processed and recorded correctly.Perform general accounting duties, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.Requirements3 years of experience in accounting.Experience with a real estate developer company is a must.Experience in handling bank compliance cases and KYC management.Proficient in cash and cheque collection and deposit processes.Familiarity with general cashier tasks.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
