Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales from all channels (in-store, website, WhatsApp, and calls)
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems regularly
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and daily transactions
- Reconcile cash, POS, and bank transactions
- Track and manage inventory costs (chocolates, packaging, materials)
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
- Assist in VAT calculation and filing (as per UAE regulations)
- Coordinate with the delivery and sales team to verify order payments
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (retail experience is an advantage)
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
