Accountant Job Description

• Financial Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries, expense reports, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial transactions.

• Financial Reports and Analyses: Prepare and analyses financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide insights into an organization’s financial performance.

• Accounts Payable and receivable: Manage the payment and receipts from time to time.

• Bank account management: Maintain records of Multiple Bank accounts and maintain Working Capital and Liquidity, monitor all bank transactions, payments, and transfers, and update the records accordingly into the ERP system.

• Payrolls Management: Calculate Payrolls and handle employee benefits.

• Expenses Management: Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas where cost savings can be achieved while maintaining operational efficiency.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of financial accounts to ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

• VAT Filing, Corporate & Tax Law Understanding: Organize and update the company’s tax/VAT and Corporate tax.

• Asset and Warehouse management: Logistic support, preparation for Import and Export required certification with the related authorities and maintaining inventory records to report on the number of materials available & and required.

• Auditing and Controls: Supporting and Coordinating with annual Auditing.

• Support to the Management and Teams: To support team members and provide assistance.

• Communication: Present financial information and reports to management, stakeholders, and clients in a clear and understandable manner.

• Software and Tools: Utilize accounting software and tools to manage financial data, streamline processes, and generate accurate reports.
