Key Responsibilities :

Manage commissions, payroll, vendor payments, and monthly financial closing Maintain accurate books and reconcile bank & escrow accounts Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and financial reports File VAT returns and ensure complete compliance with UAE Corporate Tax (2023)
Handle goAML registration, reporting, and STR submissions for DNFBP compliance Track and disburse agent commissions accurately Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts & financial insights Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities Support management with budgeting, cost control, and internal reporting

Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred)
3 5 years UAE accounting experience (Real estate brokerage/agency experience highly preferred)
Proven knowledge of goAML compliance (mandatory for DNFBPs)
Strong understanding of VAT & UAE Corporate Tax Proficient in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally + strong Excel skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and regulatory compliance Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
