Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily accounting entries and financial transactions accurately.

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.

  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and customer accounts.

  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Monitor cash flow and prepare expense reports.

  • VAT filing, audits, and financial documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Female Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well versed in accounting software, bookkeeping entries, financial reporting, and daily accounting operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience in UAE.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
