Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team on a one-year temporary contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting the monthly financial closing process. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily payments, tax portal activities, and e-invoice archiving.
• Following up on daily collections and maintaining communication with customers.
• Performing daily accounting postings and assisting in the monthly financial closing process.
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaising and maintaining effective communication with banks.
• Performing any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
