Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost recovery statements in line with PSC (Production Sharing Contract) or JOA (Joint Operating Agreement) requirements.
Compile and process partner billings and cash calls. - Support monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accurate allocations.
- Reconcile accounts related to partner transactions and third-party invoicing.
- Maintain up-to-date records of recoverable costs and support audits and partner reviews.
- Liaise with operations, development, and commercial teams to ensure proper cost classification.
- Assist in preparing supporting documents for cost recovery claims and JV audits.
- Monitor receivables from partners and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with Eni internal controls, accounting standards, and contractual obligations.
Skills and experience required:
- University degree in a relevant discipline (Accounting, Economics, Finance etc).
- Previous experience in a cost accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of closing, cost recovery and reconciliation processes.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Strong communication and team working skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, results-oriented mindset.
- Professional working level of English.
Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a cost accounting role.
