Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in an accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills & high attention to details
- Experience in product costing (e.g. fabrics, trims, production, labor).
- Ability to manage budgets for seasonal collections.
- Cost tracking across different stages
