PetroApp is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the team in achieving financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support the month-end close process and assist with audits as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and accounting procedures to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in accounting processes.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices.

• Odoo & Taxing experience is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
