Job Accountabilities

• Accounting & Financial Operations:
  
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Compliance & Audit Support:
  
  • Ensure compliance with TIEC policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in internal and external audit preparations.
  • Help maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
• Administrative Support:
  
  • Assist senior accountants and managers with ad-hoc financial tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to verify financial data.
  • Contribute to process improvements in the finance department.
