Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time

  • Calculate sales commissions for the sales team according to company policy
  • Follow up and collect outstanding payments from clients and prepare collection reports
  • Prepare financial statements and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Prepare and submit tax declarations and filings in accordance with local laws and regulations
  • Issue and upload electronic invoices on the Tax Authority e-invoice platform
  • Record daily journal entries and reconcile bank accounts
  • Assist management with financial analysis and reporting for decision-making

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in a similar field)
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and e-invoice system
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
