Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Calculate sales commissions for the sales team according to company policy
- Follow up and collect outstanding payments from clients and prepare collection reports
- Prepare financial statements and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Prepare and submit tax declarations and filings in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Issue and upload electronic invoices on the Tax Authority e-invoice platform
- Record daily journal entries and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist management with financial analysis and reporting for decision-making
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in a similar field)
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and e-invoice system
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
