Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Responsible for all receivable from all customer
- Follow up customer for payment by sending monthly statement
- Preparation of cash report on daily basis
- Receipts entry on daily basis
- Filing of sales invoice and other documents by seriality
- Reconciliation of bank statement and customer accounts on timely manner
- Verifying of aging report and customer late payment.
- Collection of bills and financial statements
- Collecting cash from mandoops and salesman and deposit to bank
- Documentation of reports and maintain financial records
Desired Candidate Profile
Male Accountant preferably Indian Nationality required for a well-Known food industry Co. with the following requirements.
1- Presentable looks.
2- Proficiency in English (writing - reading - Talking).
3- Minimum experience 3 to 5 years of Accounting in a Manufacturing Environment.
4- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting.
5- Ability to handle confidential information.
6- Computer Literate Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word.
7- Convertible residence.
