Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Role Purpose
The Accountant will apply accounting principles to process financial data accurately and ensure timely preparation of financial reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to internal control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.
- Prepare daily vouchers related to all company entities.
- Ensure proper matching between invoices, purchase orders, and supplier approvals before processing supplier accounts.
- Review and match expense invoices accurately.
- Verify supplier accounts and ensure proper account entries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures, company policies, and approved authorization levels.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing with all necessary adjusting entries and reconciliations.
- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar accounting role.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Oracle, Excel, and Dolphin.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
