Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Record daily accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system.

Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.

Handle bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.

Follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Assist in the preparation of monthly closing activities and financial reports.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Support VAT, tax, NSSF, and other statutory declarations when required.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper flow of financial documents.

Assist with audits by preparing requested schedules, documents, and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and accounting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

1 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Knowledge of Lebanese tax and VAT procedures is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
