Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
1- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
2- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
3- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and company accounts
4- Ensure compliance with Lebanese tax laws, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards
5- Handle payroll processing and related accounting entries
6- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
7- Manage supplier payments and follow up on receivables
8- Support external audits by providing required documentation and reports
9- Monitor inventory accounting, especially for pharmaceutical stock and expiry tracking
10- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions

Qualifications & Requirements:
1- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2- 1 2 years of experience in accounting (experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG sector is a plus)
3- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Lebanese financial regulations
4- Proficiency in accounting software
5- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
6- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
7- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
8- Good communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus)

Preferred Skills:
1- Experience with inventory and cost accounting
2- Familiarity with pharmaceutical distribution and compliance standards
3- Knowledge of ERP systems
4- Strong organizational and time-management skills
