Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
Support internal and external audits, including documentation and data preparation.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow and transactions.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Help manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely billing and collections.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, tax filings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, etc.,) to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
Monitor and support the financial aspects of healthcare-specific billing (e.g., insurance claims, patient payments).
Stay updated on relevant financial laws, healthcare industry regulations, and changes in accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently qualified or with up to 2 years of experience).
