Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide functional support for all financial transactions and accounting operations by establishing and maintaining effective records and documentation of the transactions to ensure proper accounting and compliance with company financial standards.

  • Register all accounting transactions, including purchases, sales, bank, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in monitoring outstanding balances and ensure proper follow-up on transactions as required by the Finance Team Lead.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for any required approvals or supporting documentation related to accounting transactions.
  • Support receivable and payable accounting processes and maintain proper reporting.
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Finance Team Lead and update the team on progress.
  • Support internal and external auditing processes by gathering and organizing financial information, ensuring availability of relevant records to facilitate audits.
  • Ensure accurate data is maintained to support financial reporting and accounting analysis.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reporting and commentary for the finance team lead and management as required.
