Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of UAE banking payments, VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting activities, ensure timely bank transactions, and maintain full compliance with UAE tax laws and FTA requirements.


Key Responsibilities

· Manage and process bank payments, transfers, and reconciliations

· Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash flow reports

· Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records

· Prepare, review, and file UAE VAT returns in compliance with FTA regulations

· Handle VAT registration, deregistration, and amendments

· Ensure proper VAT treatment of sales, purchases, imports, and exports

· Prepare and assist with UAE Corporate Tax calculations, filings, and compliance

· Maintain proper documentation for tax audits and FTA inspections

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants when required

· Monitor compliance with UAE laws and updates in tax regulations

· Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE

· Proven experience in bank payments, VAT, and Corporate Tax

· Strong knowledge of UAE VAT Law and Corporate Tax Law

· Experience dealing with FTA portal and submissions

· Proficiency in accounting software (FirstBit)

· Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
