Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions and enter accounting entries into the system.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and review financial matches.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable and prepare regular reports on account status.
Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the monthly closing process.
Prepare periodic financial reports and analyze data as needed.
Follow up on invoices and expenses, ensuring accuracy of supporting documents.
Cooperate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with the company s financial policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or a related field.
3 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to accurately analyze financial data.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work within a team.
