Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong Internal Auditing experience to support our growing financial operations. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our accounts, specifically focusing on the high-volume environment of online trading and cross-platform financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch & Billing Coordination: Work directly with online trading partners to ensure that warehouse stock dispatches perfectly match the digital billing and order counts.
Numerical Cross-Checking: Perform rigorous, daily audits of high-volume data to ensure zero discrepancies between physical stock, system records, and platform invoices.
Warehouse Data Integrity: Monitor the flow of goods from the warehouse to the customer, ensuring all "counting and billing" processes are flawless before orders leave the facility.
Internal Audit: Conduct regular spot-checks on financial records and inventory logs to maintain 100% compliance with company standards.
Platform Reconciliation: Reconcile sales from multiple e-commerce channels with payment gateway reports and bank statements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements
Specialized Skill: Exceptional numerical accuracy. You must be a "numbers person" who can handle complex, repetitive data without errors.
Experience: 5 to 10 years in Accounting or Internal Auditing, specifically within trading, e-commerce, or warehouse logistics.
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in accounting software and Excel. Familiarity with e-commerce "counting and billing" workflows is essential.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preference will be given to candidates currently located in Kerala or willing to relocate from Kerala.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively between logistics teams and external trading partners.
Languages: Strong communication skills.
