Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Oversee the full accounting cycle, including:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Journal Entries
- Month-End and Year-End Closing
2. Operate and manage Oracle NetSuite / Oracle Financials for:
- Recording and approving accounting entries
- Closing accounting periods
- Preparing financial and analytical reports
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and system authorizations
3. Supervise the accounting team by:
- Assigning and monitoring daily tasks
- Reviewing and approving accounting work
- Developing team performance and ensuring quality output
4. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Cash Flow Statement
- Management Reports
5. Manage financial planning activities:
- Preparing annual budgets
- Developing financial forecasts
- Analyzing budget variances
6. Oversee banking and compliance activities:
- Reviewing and approving monthly bank reconciliations
- Managing tax, zakat, and cost accounting activities
