Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with 4-5 years of experience in the transport or logistics industry to manage financial records, transactions, and reporting. The candidate should ensure accurate accounting and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Manage expense reports and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and VAT
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
  • Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance
  • 4-5 years of experience as an Accountant
  • Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management companies preferred
  • Knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software
  • Good knowledge of VAT and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
