Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Handle invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Manage expense reports and cost control
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and VAT
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance
- 4-5 years of experience as an Accountant
- Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management companies preferred
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software
- Good knowledge of VAT and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
