Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Entering and verifying accounting entries, primarily accounts payable

Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.

Managing fixed assets (inventory, labeling, depreciation, etc.)

Participate in the preparation of the quarterly accounting package

Track and validate customs BCs

Participate in the preparation of monthly reports

Establish monthly payment proposals

Monitor working capital requirements

Checking bank reconciliations

Record cash accounting transactions

Participate in annual audits (Statutory Auditor, Group, etc.)
