Job Description :
Generate invoices
Maintaining billing accounts and records
Verify discrepancies
Collecting payments
Contacting clients for payment resolution
Manage daily collection and account reconciliation
Perform account reconciliations
Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Perform analysis of collection and reporting
Processing and recording transactions
Ensure timely collection of payments
Maintain an invoicing system
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Maintain customer databases
Negotiating payment arrangements
Process adjustments
Process credit card payments
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance/ BCom graduate
CPA Certification is a plus
With at least 2 years of experience in related areas.
Candidate must be here in UAE
