Roles & Responsibilities

Description:

An organization in the UAE is urgently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 1 to 2 years of hands-on accounting experience within the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Arabic and have a solid understanding of local accounting practices, compliance, and reporting requirements. Priority will be given to applicants holding a self-sponsored visa.

Mandatory Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, is mandatory
1 2 years of accounting experience within the UAE only
Relevant academic background in Accounting or Finance
Candidates on self-sponsored visas will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a complete set of accounts in line with company policies
Record daily collections and process payments accurately
Handle monthly closing activities and prepare balance sheet schedules
Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management
Assist with internal and external audit requirements
Manage VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, filings, and documentation
