Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records

  2. Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipts

  3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

  4. Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow

  5. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements

  6. Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents

  7. Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and internal departments for accounts-related matters

  8. Support office administration and general coordination tasks

  9. Monitor expenses and help control unnecessary costs

  10. Prepare and update product costing sheets

  11. Calculate raw material cost, production cost, labor cost, overhead cost, and total product cost

  12. Assist management in analyzing product profitability and pricing

  13. Work with production and sales teams to collect costing-related data

  14. Support inventory, stock, and purchase record checking when required

  15. Use QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP/accounting software for recordkeeping and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and office coordination

  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation

  • Experience in product costing, expense tracking, and cost analysis will be an advantage

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks; ERP knowledge is a plus

  • Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word

  • Good understanding of financial records, reporting, and documentation

  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy

  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work with production, sales, and management teams for costing and account-related tasks

  • Preference for candidates based in Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, or nearby areas

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies will be preferred
