Roles & Responsibilities

As part of the strengthening of our financial team, we are recruiting a Senior Accountant / Management Controller , capable of ensuring both the reliability of accounting operations and the management of financial performance.

Main missions:

Accounting gn rale :

  • Ensure the maintenance of accounting up to the balance sheet
  • Prepare tax and social security declarations
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Collaborate with external auditors and the accountant

Management control:

  • develop and monitor provisional budgets
  • Implement and analyze management dashboards
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify gaps between forecast and actual, propose corrective actions
  • Participate in cost optimization and improvement of internal processes

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bac+5 training in accounting, finance or management control
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in general accounting and management control
  • Excellent command of Excel and management tools (ERP, accounting software)
  • Analytical mind, rigor, organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and ability to interact with different departments
