Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This dual role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing comprehensive administrative support to maintain efficient office operations and assist the management team.


Key Responsibilities: Accounting

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and payment tracking.

Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and maintain related records.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries.

Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports and budgets.

Handle petty cash, expense reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Support internal and external audits.


Key Responsibilities: Office Administration

Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and vendor relationships.

Handle incoming/outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail).

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities.

Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital).

Assist with HR tasks like onboarding new employees.


Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Proven experience in both accounting and administrative functions.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Excellent communication, multitasking ability, and problem-solving.
