Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Daily accounting (invoicing, payments, bank entries)

Bank reconciliations
-
AR monitoring and collections follow-up

Support closings (accruals, prepayments, cut-off)

Coordinate with auditors

VAT and Corporate Tax support
Office Management

Oversee office operations and suppliers

Manage courier shipments and admin logistics

Handle procurement, supplies, and coordination

Provide administrative support to management
Desired Candidate Profile
3 6 years of relevant experience

Hands-on, organized, and reliable
-
Strong Excel and accounting tool knowledge

UAE VAT knowledge is a plus
