Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and adherence to accounting principles.
  • Manage and reconcile hospital accounts, including patient billing, insurance claims, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights for informed decision-making by hospital administration.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing financial efficiency within the hospital.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within the healthcare industry.

  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of healthcare finance, including revenue cycle management and reimbursement processes.
