Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts using Zoho Books
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Handle UAE VAT returns and FTA compliance
- Manage rental income, service charges, deposits, and reconciliations
- Support RERA-related financial requirements and audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance (Certifications will advantage)
- 2 4 years of UAE accounting experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Zoho Books
- Proficiency in Excel
