Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Apply plans in development & implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to the financial management, budget, accounting and/or payroll.
Prepare financials reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Control and analyse cash flow on daily & monthly basis
Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivables, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, operating expenses, and insurance records.
Direct and conduct cost analyses and rate studies
Daily Journals/Expenses
Cheque issuing/Cash payments for Suppliers/ Reconciliations of suppliers and banks.
Collection Management for Retail & Wholesale Customers
Bank Transactions
Payroll, Tax on Salaries, NSSF, VAT Declaration
Petty cash control, processing related accounting entries.
Check Purchases and Retail Sales
