Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the finance team handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Review and approve daily transactions to ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
  • Manage the development and the update of finance & accounting policies and procedures. Ensuring that the company uses updated systems and technologies and incorporate the latest regulation requirements in the accounting procedures.
  • Initiate and develop ASQ financial reporting system supporting management requirements.
  • Undertake, analyze P&L, cash-flow, liquidity and forecasting reports.
  • Review and validate cost allocations and expense tracking.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance.
  • Consolidate data for financial and progress reports.
  • Develop ASquared s financial policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and monitor all LC and LG transactions.
  • Negotiate and establishing advantageous banking and credit facilities with banks.
  • Approve and monitoring activities for checkbooks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).
  • 7 12 years of finance experience, including at least 2 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background of financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting is a must.
  • ODDO knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
