Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accounting Assistant
- Enter accounting entries (purchases, sales, bank transactions, cash)
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Monitor customer and supplier invoices
- Classify and archive accounting documents
- Participate in the preparation of tax returns (VAT)
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement)
- Track cash receipts and payments
- Training in accounting, finance or management
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position
- Profile: F minin
- My knowledge of the basics of general accounting
- Good understanding of financial documents (balance sheet, income statement)
- Knowledge of accounting software: Sage, Ciel or ERP
- Basic concepts in taxation (VAT, tax returns)
- Good Excel mastery
Desired Candidate Profile
Training in accounting, finance, or management. Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar position. Profile: Female. Mastery of the fundamentals of general accounting. Good understanding of financial documents (balance sheet, income statement). Knowledge of accounting software: Sage, Ciel, or ERP. Basic knowledge of taxation (VAT, tax returns). Proficiency in Excel.
