Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Enter accounting documents (invoices, receipts, expense reports).
- Classify and archive accounting and financial documents.
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements and accounting reports.
- Assist in the management of customer and supplier accounts.
- Verify the accuracy of the entered data and report any anomalies.
Technical skills: Knowledge of basic accounting principles, proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Qualities: Rigor, organization, discretion, team spirit and sense of responsibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Beginner accepted, prior experience preferred is a plus.
