Accounting Assistant BGF

FEMALE ONLY ANY NATIONALITY SALARY: 2,500QR FULL PACKAGE -Can start work immediately We accept walk in applicants from 10am to 2pm Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and cash receivable Posts data to various ledgers, registers, journals and logs following established accounting techniques and procedures Maintains the various ledger accounts including reconciliation of the general ledger, revenue accounts, expenditures, and cash balances Completing bank reconciliations Processing business expenses Verifying bank deposits Posting daily receipts Preparing monthly budgets Reviews and recommends modifications to accounting systems and procedures Assists Financial Manager with preparation and consolidation of annual budget Responsible for closing books at year end upon completion of annual audit Performs related duties and responsibilities as required May make correcting journal entries in assigned areas Monitors the financial activity on assigned programs and prepares expenditure reports for program managers as needed Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries Prepares, maintains control, and is responsible for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and account.
