Roles & Responsibilities

Ajyal International School MBZ is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Accounting & Business Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction and develop students understanding of financial principles, business operations, and economic concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Accounting and Business in line with the curriculum
  • Teach topics such as financial accounting, business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and economics fundamentals
  • Develop students analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
  • Assess, record, and report on student progress regularly
  • Prepare students for internal and external examinations (e.g., GCSE/iGCSE/A Level)
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Use real-world case studies and practical examples to enhance learning
  • Integrate technology and interactive teaching methods into lessons
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
