Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable entries.

Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with inventory tracking and cost accounting for bakery and caf operations.

Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documentation.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and coding of expenses.

Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding payments and account status.

Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

0-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
