In-House Facility Management Company Seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager.


Position Summary:

The Accounting & Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with Lebanese laws and accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance.


Key Responsibilities


1. Financial Management & Planning

Develop and monitor annual budgets.

Prepare financial statements and reports.

Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations.

Monitor cash flow and revenues.


2. Accounting Operations

Maintain accurate financial records.

Oversee receivables, payables, and reconciliations.

Ensure timely payment of suppliers and collection of dues.


3. Compliance & Auditing

Ensure compliance with Lebanese laws and taxes.

Coordinate with external auditors.

Propose improvements to internal controls.


4. Payroll & NSSF

Process payroll and ensure accuracy.

Manage reporting and contributions to NSSF.


5. Strategic Support

Provide financial analysis for decision-making.

Prepare reports for General Assemblies.

Participate in financial strategy discussions.
